Located in an area 50 km away from the Border of Tunusia, Project is based of 411 villas and 24 leisure centers.
Project is designed to form a seperated settling with its own infrastructure, school, mosque, sports center, theatre, hospital, police center, fire department and management offices.
The contract is mutually abolished due to the War in March 2011.
