It has been constructed by Cemil Molla in Anatolian Side of Bosphorus
between Kuzguncuk and Beylerbeyi tunnel and in front of the grove
which is located on left side of Nakkaştepe graveyard by 1885s. In
1885, It has been constructed by Mahmut Cemil Efendi who is the son of
poet Süleyman Efendi and the grandson of shayk al-islam Ahmet Esat
Efendi.

It’s restoration has been made as Mesa İnşaat management centre, the
historical artifact is in a registered structure.

Interior and exterior productions had been made which are required to
use the construction as management centre. Especially ceiling
decorations hand-drawn fabric and wooden plates have been literally
restored with special methods.

The heating and electricity systems which are being used in wooden
construction for the first time have been increased the safety level.
Other flooring and wall boards with original marble workmanship has
been protected and literally restored.
