Aston Reşitpaşa Houses Project’s construction has been completed in
Istanbul’s county of Beylikdüzü in undertaking of ESTON.
Aston Reşitpaşa Houses Project comprises of 1.100 flats on 150.000 m2
area. At first stage, in first, on 75.000 m2 land, 813 flats and 21
blocks in total in first, second and third parts.
The first stage which consists of 2 types as blocks A and B, comprises
of 18 numbers of 10 floors, 1 number of 9 floors, 2 numbers of 8
floors. There are swimming pools, walking trails, playgrounds, tennis
court, basketball court, landscaping and sports fields in the first
stage which comprises of gross 88 and 89 m2 1+1 flats, gross 95 and 96
m2 2+1 flats, gross 135 and 137 m2 3+1 flats and gross 1500 and 156 m2
3+1 flats.
The building has been constructed as ferroconcrete with tunnel form system.
