The project is completed in undertaking of MESA MESKEN INDUSTRY INC.
in 2 stages. The construction is located in province of Izmir, county
of Karşıyaka.
There are 739 flats in the project in total. Flats are designed
according to amount of rooms with different alternatives as 1+1, 2+1,
3+1, 4+1 flats. There are social opportunities like sports field,
playgrounds, basketball court and social facilities.
Construction is completed as ferroconcrete with tunnel and
conventional form system.
