Mesa Çubuklu 28 Project is in ongoing progress under employership of
MESA MESKEN SANAYİ A.Ş. in Beykoz county in the province of Istanbul
in 328 city block 33 parcel, 6.184,90 m2 land area ( 23.506,00 m2
gross building area)
In the project which consists of six blocks on parcel; Block A is
consisted of 6 indoor basement floors, 1 first floor (basement), 4
typical floors and 1 lift machine flat floor (12 floors in total).
Block B is consisted of 4 indoor basement floors, 1 first floor
(basement), 4 typical floors and 1 lift machine flat floor (10 floors
in total). Block C is consisted of 2 indoor basement floors, 1 first
floor (basement), 4 typical floors and 1 lift machine flat floor. ( 8
floors in total). Block D is consisted of 1 indoor basement floor, 1
first floor (basement) and 1 typical floor ( 3 floors in total). Block
E is consisted of 1 indoor basement floor, 1 first floor (basement)
and 1 typical floor (3 floors in total). Block F is consisted of 1
indoor basement floor, 1 first floor (basement) and 1 typical floor (3
floors in total).
The building project is designed as ferroconcrete beam slab, simplex
operating one-way slab. The project has parking areas, plant spaces,
stores, sanctuary and water tanks.
Blocks D,E and F will be available to be used as self-contained
office. There is a trading locale at the first floor in the block C.
Totally, the project has parking area with the capacity of 151 cars.
It is designed to have office and trading areas at some floors and 1
of 1+0 flat, 17 of 1+1 flats, 30 of 2+1 flats, 30 of 3+1 flats, 2 of
4+1 flats and 1 trading section (81 single spaces in total).
