Mesa Gökada project is in ongoing progress under employership of MESA
MESKEN SANAYİ A.Ş., Maltepe county in the province of Istanbul, map
section G22A09A1C, in 15.674 city block 55 parcel, in 12.311,69 m2
land area ( 56.197,00 gross building area ).
The project which consists of three masses on the parcel as three
blocks. In 1. block ( Block B ), in total, 21 hosts are located in as
3 indoor basement floors, 1 first floor ( basement ) , 16 typical
floors and 1 penthouse. In block B, totally, 127 hosts are located in
as 2 trading areas, 93 numbers of 1+1 and 34 numbers of 2+1 flats.
2. block ( Block C ) is consisted of 21 floors as 2 indoor basement
floors, 16 typical floors and 2 duplex apartment floors. In Block C,
totally, 72 hosts are located in as 34 numbers of 2+1 flats, 36
numbers of 3+1 flats, 2 numbers of 4+1 duplex apartments.
3. block (Block D) is consisted of 22 floors as 3 indoor basement
floors, 1 first floor ( basement ), 16 typical floors and 2 duplex
apartment floors. In Block D, totally, 74 hosts are located in as 35
numbers of 2+1 flats, 37 numbers of 3+1 flats and 2 numbers of duplex
apartments.
The project is designed as which will provide parking capacity of 396
cars and 93 numbers of 1+1 flats, 103 numbers of 2+1 flats, 73 numbers
of 3+1 flats and 4 numbers of 4+1 flats ( in total 273 flats ), 2
trading areas, 669.00m2 social facility, outdoor swimming pool and
kindergarten areas.
In terms of the building project, basement floors are designed as
conventional system ferroconcrete beam slab flooring and the blocks
are as tunnel form.
