The project is completed under employership of MESA - NUROL in
Istanbul’s county of Başakşehir inside the land area ( 1.500.000,00 m2
).
Bahçeşehir Uydukent project is one of the largest settlement projects
in Turkey. It is located in Istanbul’s European side on TEM Highway
which links Turkey to the Europe.
The planning works of Bahçeşehir have started in 1986. Master Plan has
been prepared by a Turkish company with contributions of two
consultant European companies. Master Plan, a population of 90.000,
20.000 construction unit and It has been foreseen to get fulfilled in
5 stages.
MESA-NUROL joint venture have completed the construction of 6600 house
in the first two stages of the project and sold all of them between
1990 and 2001. MESA-NUROL have started a new project of 850 houses
which comprises of separate stages. The project consists of 600 unit
and the first 3 stages have been completed and sold in 2009.
There are 182 houses in the fourth stage. The project consists of 2
blocks and 23 floors and have 858 m2 field.
In Mesa-Nurol Bahçeşehir House’s, possibilities like swimming pool,
sport fields, playgrounds, basketball court and social facilities are
available.
In our undertaking, we have completed the ferroconcrete of 2 blocks
with tunnel form and conventional system form for parking areas
ferroconcrete.
