Mesa Yalıkavak Houses project which comprises of 61 flats and 30
villas varying magnitudes between 95 and 145 m2 with 2+1 and 3+1
options, constructed on 28.000 m2 land. There are two swimming pools
(one for kids), sun terrace, changing cabinets and showers,
playgrounds, generator, water tank, common irrigation water with
capacity of 1 m3 per flat, treatment facility, package type treatment
facility, shady car parks for all flats.
The building has been constructed with conventional form system as
ferroconcrete.
