The Park Oran Project which is has been completed under partnership of
MESA MESKEN- AKTÜRK CONSTRUCTION is located in Ankara’s county of
Çankaya, in 146.210,24 m2 land area ( 516.486,30 m2 gross building
field ).
Park Oran consists of 31 floors, Block A ( 12 floors ), Block B ( 12
floors ), 5 numbers of Block C ( 7 floors ) and 5 numbers of Block D (
7 floors ). The project comprises of 1832 flats. It procures the
high-level quality in houses and increases the life quality of social
fields around.
It contains parking garage, heating system with heat cost allocator,
kitchen cabinets in itself.
Houses has been equipped with smart home specialties. There are indoor
swimming pool, fitness and sauna in social facility.
The ferroconcrete of the 5 blocks ( 31 floors ) and 8 numbers of
parking ares ( 3 floors ) are completed with both tunnel and
conventional system form in our undertaking.
