The construction is designed as a 5-star hotel which is located on TEM
Highway and opposite of Tekstilkent comprises of 25 floors ( 4
basement + first floor + clerestory + 17 bed floor + penthouse ).
Parking areas and plant spaces are located in the fourth basement
floor. In the third basement floor alongside parking garage there are
service rooms like laundry, tailor, gentlemen’s and female change
rooms. The second basement has been thought to be used as main
storages for supplies and cleaning materials, technical service
offices and mechanical studio. The first basement floor contains a
total of 6 large and mid-sized meeting and conference halls, foyer,
main kitchen which gives service to restaurant and concerned storages
in itself. The building’s first floor is the ground floor, therefore a
big lobby and reception meets you. There is a breakfast hall with
capacity of 180 people in the right of main lobby which has been
thought to give groaning board service with a collapsible mechanism
and a cocktail hall designed based on this saloon. The a la carte
restaurant has been thought for the other end of this floor.In this
lobby which divides these two halls, the tail end of the reception
department are separated for offices like administration, central,
luggage offices and the service kitchen which connects with the main
kitchen downstairs and provides service both to a la carte restaurant
and the breakfast hall. The clerestory upper from lobby is accessible
from the open stair. In clerestory, alongside male and female
coiffeurs, pharmacy and storages, there are management offices, main
secretary, accounting, house keeping rooms, service elevators in the
hall. The spaces which contains outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace,spa
center and indoor swimming pool in itself have been created in the
project. In 17. floor, a separate executive lounge is constituted
within. There are total of 322 rooms in the hotel within. 276 rooms
designed as standard ; 46 rooms designed as suite.
