The project of Mesa Çamlıca Evleri is completed as turn-key under
employership of MESA MESKEN SANAYİ A.Ş. at county of Çamlıca in
Kısıklı street in province of Istanbul in Çamlıca district inside of
42.500 m2 land area ( 38.241 m2 house gross + 14.075 m2 parking garage
+ 1.207 m2 social facility + 590 m2 sanctuary, gross building area )
There are private pool and parking garage for the all villa blocks as
5 villas and 20 residences on parcel.
Residence Blocks are Block B and comprise of 20 blocks ; It has a
total of 108 houses in 2 different types as (B1-B6) and (B7-B20).
(B1-B6) Blocks comprise of a total of 2 floors as 1 indoor basement
floor and 1 basement floor.(B7-B20) Blocks consist of a total of 3
floors as 1 indoor basement floor, 1 first floor and 1 typical floor.
All the blocks have parking garage at their bottoms.
Outdoor swimming pool and social facility buildings are located in.
In the project, there are parking garages at the bottom of the
buildings with the capacity of 3-4 cars for each house.
The whole building project is designed as conventional system
ferroconcrete beam slab flooring.
