Çengelköy’de Mesa is located in an exclusive land ( %80 of the area is
separated for the green ) in Istanbul Çengelköy. The project comprises
of 46 blocks with three each floor . There are total of 298 flats ;
Options in 6 different types of blocks are 1 room, 2 room, 3 room,4
room and 5 room-saloon.
The whole vehicle traffic in Çengelköy’de Mesa is getting dissolved in
underground by taking the entrance and exit roads around the land. On
the ground, pedestrian roads which lengthens along the blocks round
gets opened to traffic only in case of emergency.
The parking garage is located in the basement which connects the
blocks each other provides direct access to the stair well. In the
parking garage, according to flat size, one each, two each and three
each car parking space is provided to the hosts. Also in the basement,
one each store as add-on for each flat is located in.
Çengelköy’de Mesa, in It’s 1300 m2 of social facility, allocates the
activities which will drop the pace of your life with indoor and
outdoor swimming pool, sauna and versatile hall.
Apart from these, inside of 80.000 m2 land area ; tennis court,
basketball court, various kid playgrounds, walking trails and resting
places have been constructed in accordance with the landscape project.
The project’s ferroconcrete is completed with conventional system form
in our undertaking.
