The completed project of Mesa Marmara 231 have been fulfilled under
employership of MESA MESKEN SANAYİ A.Ş. at county of Kartal in
province of Istanbul, city block 2601, parcel 231 in 6522 m2 land area
( 20.143,00 m2 gross building area ).
The project comprises of 1 block on parcel. It consists of 21 numbers
of 2+1 flats and 84 numbers of 3+1 flats as 25-storey. ( 105 houses in
total )
The project of building is designed as ferroconcrete beam slab. The
project have sanctuary, plant spaces, car parks, social facility, pool
and water tank.
