The project of TÜPRAŞ Central Automation Project is completed under
employership of MESA MESKEN SANAYİ A.Ş. in county of Körfez in
province of Kocaeli where have an indoor space with a land area of
5.350 square meters.
The building is designed as blast proof reinforced concrete
construction. In the construction process, 9600 cubic meters of high
strength self-consolidating ready mixed concrete and 1200 tons of
structural steel have been used. Blast proof door, window and
skylights, high level water sealing and thermal insulation had made
the building hallmarked. Water leakage perceptive green roof tracking
system, fiber mixed light concrete siding and floor covering, in the
whole streets, the sound insulation limit which is no more than 80 dB
have made the project obtain qualification.
In the whole streets, A1 level fireproofing, earth-quake resistant
acoustic wood wall and ceiling, earthquake resistant flooring system
up to 80cm high, 7/24 air-conditioning, with 7/24 dynamic lighting
system and building management system have made complete automation
building to the project.
The project’s reinforced concrete have been completed with
conventional system form.
