The project of Tema Istanbul which have 821.432,87 m2 building area
at city block 842 and parcel 65 located in Istanbul’s county of
Kucukcekmece have been completed under employership of MESA - ARTAŞ -
KANTUR&AKDAŞ partnership.
Tema Istanbul had aimed to compound life and entertainment by
presenting a brand-new life culture withTurkey’s largest themed park,
trading areas, hotels, residence, social meeting and activity fields.
The project have 3610 houses. Life spaces are varying between 52 m2
and 141 m2. Flat types are designed as ; 1 room 1 hall, 2 room 1 hall,
3 room 1 hall and 4 room 1 hall.
Among social possibilities of Halkalı Tema Istanbul House’s there are
shopping fields, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court,
fruit gardens, playgrounds, parking garage, cafe, restaurant and
walking trails.
We have completed the ferroconcrete of 8 blocks with tunnel form and
the ferroconcrete of parking areas with conventional system form in
our undertaking.
