In the project of Bodrum Mesa Demirbükü is in ongoing progress for the
rough and fine construction works under employership of MESA MESKEN
SANAYİ A.Ş. in the local of Gökburun, Bodrum county the province of
Muğla in 114 city block 33 parcel, in 200.070 m2 land area.
Totally, there are 50 villa blocks as 50 villa + 210 residence + 1
hotel + sales office ( restaurant ) on parcel. Blocks are consisted of
3 floors in 3 types as A, B and C and consisted of 1 indoor basement
floor, 1 first floor (basement), 1 typical floor. Private pools are
located in for the whole blocks.
Residence blocks are consisted of 66 numbers in total. It has 120
duplex and 90 flats in 6 types (as D,E,F,G,H and J). Totally it is
consisted of 4 floors as 1 indoor basement floor, 1 first floor
(basement), 2 typical floors.
Hotel, social facility and restaurant buildings are located in.
Apart from these, there are 3 transformer building, 3 water tank and
treatment facilities which are located in.
Totally, 20.000 m2 ferroconcrete retaining wall is located in.
The project will have parking lot areas with capacity of 3-4 cars for each host.
In terms of the building project, basement floors is designed as
conventional system ferroconcrete beam slab flooring.
